Putting Old Fears to Rest

by Sophie on October 20, 2010

The energy of the past two weeks has been pushing me hard to work on myself daily and change fast. I know that we are all going through similar changes at the moment. The changes that feel as if they come from the outside of us often feel like small deaths or sadness.

Of course our soul called for the change and the sooner we accept it and roll with it, the easier we make our life.

We are mostly letting go of deep seated fears. I have noticed that fears acquired between conception and 3 months of age in particular are coming up to the surface at the moment and bothering many of us. These are

  • negative patterns acquired by osmosis from our mother while in the womb or in the first weeks of our lives
  • memories of the traumatic aspects of our births
  • or beliefs that belonged to our early caretakers that we internalized qnd believe come from our experience.

What do I mean? For example many women feel isolated, neglected, lonely or depressed during pregnancy and their babies are born used to a chemical balance that creates those emotions easily. Growing up, some people believe that those emotions are theirs and are valid when they really are just a set point that their body is used to go to. Old stuff. Time to put it to rest and step into a vibration of joy!

If you want help with removing the type of negative beliefs described above, contact me and make an appointment! Talk to you soon!

Wow! I have thought to myself just recently that maybe some of the issues that I have been working on might just be from the age of before I learned to speak. Sometimes the emotions that come up just don’t seem to have a language to express themselves.

THAT is the most important clue to knowing that issues might be from the age before we learned to speak: we DON’T have words to express them. In such a case you can call the issue ‘it’ and just be aware of the negative feelings ‘it’ brings up as you remove/heal/transmute them.
