How Messed up Am I?

Posted on November 27, 2010

How long is a piece of string?

Define messed up.

Who’s doing the judging?

Why does it matter?

Who are we comparing you to? And why?

The questions that really matter in my opinion are:

How often do I feel good?

How often do I achieve what I set out to do?

How often do I feel joyful?

How often do I feel loved?

How do I make the love, joy and fulfillment happen in my life?

What am I good at?

What do I enjoy doing?

What do I take responsibility for?

That’s not messed up.

I like your questions that matter Sophie..those are the same questions I ask myself. Those are the questions that will keep me on track-puts the ball in my court, so to speak. I want my answers to reflect what I really want in my life. Namaste’.

Yes those questions keep me on track too and they help me make everyday decisions. They help me find true joy while leaving as light a footprint on the planet as I can.
