When I have asked recently why I had to let go of so many relationships and support groups, the anwer was the same every time: “Because you are not a vibrational match anymore”.

There was no sense of right or wrong, no blame for me or the other party, no room for shame. No sense that I needed to learn a deep lesson about trust or self sufficiency or self esteem. Just that: “You are not a vibrational match anymore”. A simple fact of life and of growing at different rates or in different directions.

And with that message came a deep sense of inner peace and of feeling held and loved. As it always feels when we are comforted by angels or held in Divine truth.

Energies  have felt a lot lighter since the last full moon on Sept 12. Many of the Lightworkers I know have broken through the obstacles and negative patterns that came up to be released during the spring and summer. I knew on March 21 that things were going to be tough till “some time in September’ . So after much soul searching, praying, energy work, remembering and releasing it seems that those of us who paid attention and did the work have come to the other side, lighter, more connected, more committed, more joyful and more creative than ever. I certainly feel like a whole new person (again), a deeper, lighter, easier and more joyful me.

Part of the work we all had to do last summer was to remove our blocks to accepting love and support and I see networks and relationships being created or re-configured as a result. Always for the better may I add.

Self worth was definitely the other big theme of last summer and we can only accept love and support if we believe we deserve it. So there was much releasing of shame and fear, often at a cellular level, stuff so old and ingrained into our self image that we did not know it had been there! I for one am glad THAT’ s done!

What has your experience been since the last full moon?

The thing I like best about past lives is coming out of them and realizing that I am still in the 21st century, safe and sound whatever I’ve just re-lived and remembered, either for me or for a client.

I was blessed, after the challenging week I mentioned in my last post to have the opportunity to work a lot, with clients, but also on myself daily. This afternoon a wonderful healer friend held space for me while I followed the fear in the pit of my stomach and landed 900 years ago in a nightmarish part of European history. The character I was at the time walked away alive with her family, which I did not expect at all, but of course not unscathed by the terror and carnage. She was a little nobody, nothing special about her, just a human being doing her best to be truthful, loving, honest, quite enlightened and connected to her God in the middle of turmoil. She followed her intuition and took good care of her family. I told you there was nothing special about her: she was like so many of us are now, doing her best.

The emotional and psychological trauma she incurred at the time was revisited several times in other lifetimes to try and understand and work through it and still affects me today, that’s why we put our attention on it this afternoon! I never “do past lives” or “read past lives” just for the sport of it. I only go there when there is no other explanation and when there is an obvious emotional charge with an ancient place or time period or when I have some knowledge that I can’t explain in any other way.

Today’s work was deep, surprising, new and I am so thankful I had a powerful, logical and educated guardian by my side (physically 150 miles away, we worked on the phone as I often do). This is what I provide for my clients and it is such a blessing to be able to receive it in return!

Not only do I feel healed and more whole but I feel like I am back from a long trip through history and I am LOVING my computer, my cell phone, FaceBook, my blog, my healer friends, my fun and comparatively easy 21st century experience!!

While I was on my recent spiritual growth spurt the uncertainty was sometimes overwhelming and I found 4 practices supported me and raised my vibration so I want to share them here with you:

1- Ground myself. You have heard me say it 100 times and it is still valid: ground yourself!

2- Surrender into the Heart of God, go the Light, invoke the name of God. Whatever will connect you with your Creator so you can relax into His/Her Love and know that all will be well. Then bring that feeling back to your everyday activities and let it change the quality of them to something sweeter

3-Ask St Germain and the Angels of the Violet Flame to transmute negativity into positivity

4- Ask Archangel Michael to protect you in times of uncertainty (that’s him on the right)

I understand that I am a spark of divinity. I understand that I am the God Within and that I am the Master of My Own Destiny. Really, I do. But sometimes my outer life is so tumultuous that I need to settle my emotions, protect my Inner Child from freaking out and I need to feel looked after. I need to remember that in spite of the distressing illusion that surrounds me at the time, all is well deep down. And the 4 ways above are how I reconnect to the truth that I am always safe in the world because I was created from Love, I am Love and I create more Love until I return to Love.

Why have I been so quiet? I last posted here on May 10, nearly a month ago! So what’s been going on?!

There was a lot going on energetically (universal awakening and ascension energies), emotionally (healing old wounds as well as family stuff, kids growing up and changing, kind of stuff) and spiritually (my own growth) and when that happens all at once, I tend to go in and still myself so I can keep my balance while I change. That’s an ingrained habit from nearly 30 years of daily meditation: when in doubt, be still and listen until I can hear what the Source of All Well Being is whispering to me. Trust that well being is still flowing from Source to me and let go till I can FLOW with it again! And till I can hear my angels again.

I cocoon, regroup, meditate and ALLOW. And the reason I go silent is so I can ALLOW change to happen. When I am quiet, I can surrender and let go. I find it very difficult to surrender and let go while I am talking about it! When the inner process is extremely deep and transformational, I don’t have words for it while it’s changing my heart and re-wiring my brain.

At such a time, words feel like a limitation to the depth of the Heart of God where I am being remodeled and talking gets in the way. So I am very grateful for the deeply transformational experience of the last two months. I am deeply grateful for all the support I received from friends and family during my impromptu retreat and I will share here as many of the changes as I can explain!

How far is Heaven? How long till we get there? How much are we supposed to ascend in this current transformation of humanity? I am not sure but I know it’s happening right now! The changes in my body, soul and emotions are deep and to say that I have been under the weather for the past couple of months is putting it mildly. Tonight there was a respite and I remembered that when I have such a hard time with my life, I am usually part of a larger wave and that my documenting what I am going through often supports others. So here is what I am observing in my life and those around me:

• headaches
• severing of the relationships that produced more drama and heartache than joy, however painful the change
• numbness, either physical or emotional
• physical loss of balance and dizziness (that’s a real classic ascension symptom!)
• physical and mental exhaustion which I think comes from our body and energy system working so hard to keep up with rapid change
• “depression” or rather huge sadness (that must be about all that we need to let go of in order to become what we need to become now)
• change in the way we perceive the world, either physically or spiritually (usually for the better, sometimes just different)
• many opportunities to receive support

I think our minds (or brains) and hearts are being re-wired in ways that we cannot understand and are barely aware of.

I have also been:

• more intuitive than ever
• accurately able to feel who is thinking about me or about to interact with me
• able to see or feel the real motives behind other people’s actions and words
• VERY aware of the angry, frustrated or hurt inner child that drives so many of us into uncooperative behaviors.
• very sensitive to and very intolerant of cruelty, cold-heartedness and the absence of love. I used to be able to tolerate it with compassion but now it makes me want to RUN! I think it’s because it’s not life sustaining and it’s a huge energy drain.

As always the answer seems to be to:

• let go of more rubbish, internal as well as external, physical as well as emotional or even spiritual
• SLEEP and REST
• stay hydrated
• stay GROUNDED at all times (it’s the only way to stay balanced AND to to grow spiritually!)
• remain vulnerable and connected to our true emotions, however painful
• remain vulnerable and able to receive, however much we feel like recoiling and hiding
• remember the magic! Remember your energy work, homeopathy and flower remedies. Remember your meditations, trusted spiritual traditions, support circles. Remember to create more magic in your life!

I was telling a friend yesterday that I do the work I do because Divine Light is real and I want to let anyone who is suffering from anxiety, depression, low self confidence, self defeating patterns, chronic pain or bad family history know that it is possible to feel better when you let Divine Light in.

When you relax enough to trust that you are worthy of relief from your pain, Divine Light can take over, flood you with an exquisite feeling of being loved and supported and take you to a completely different place of well being.

All you have to do is want it and let it.

In time of need, distress, despair, loneliness  or exhaustion,

remember to ask an angel for help.

They are always there,

• watching
• wanting to engage, help and support
• always on your side
• but they never interfere

Gentle and delicate, aware and tender, remember, remember: they only come to you when asked to.

So in time of need, when it feels like God is too far or does not see you, when you are tired and depressed,

just invite an angel to come and help you.

Go on: just ask!

And if that’s not enough, call a friend, a professional or a helpline for help. There is no need to suffer silently.

There is no way to know where it is all going to go. There is no way to know if we are making the right choice. All we have is:

• thinking about the situation to the best of our ability with all the information we have
• staying aligned with Source for inspiration
• checking in with our intuition to make sure it ‘feels right’, deep down, as we make the decision
• thinking about it with our heart, with courage, tenderness and compassion
• asking for support when we need it
• considering everyone’s needs, including our own
• accepting the consequences of our choice
• choosing to be happy with our choice, every day
• accepting that the Divine knows better and might nudge us in a different direction
