Today was such a lovely dreamy day around here, I wonder if it was the same everywhere?

I went to 5 different businesses over the course of the day and both the women who worked there and their clients were laughing about being spacey and making small mistakes with everything. There was no frustration. It was all good humored, relaxed and joyful.The energy was definitely positive and flowing.

Then I made a mistake of my own and convinced a friend to drive to a meeting. We chatted all the way there and she raised deep questions.  The meeting is really scheduled for next month but in that space was the beautiful Tibetan Buddhist teacher Anam Thubten Rinpoche (pictured above), sharing his love and wisdom. We realised we had been magnetized to the building on the ‘wrong’ (right!) day so we could join his group. Another ‘mistake’ that created much positive energy flow!

In his talk Anam Thubten answered all the questions my friend had raised during our chat in the car! Sitting in his presence, our hearts expanded and felt like we were going to burst with joy as we attuned to the Ocean of Love he was sharing with us.  I felt we were surrendering further to the depth of the Divine Mother’s watery womb.  Pure blessing.

Tibetans Buddhists raised me spiritually in my 20s and gave me the foundation of my daily spiritual practice. So tonight’s encounter was very much like a going home to my real family for the Holidays. I cannot describe in words my delight at the enlightened perfection of the moment.

I was working with a client recently and she really got it. She had requested a session to receive an attunement. I talked to her for a while, walked her through my Grounding Meditation to make sure she was in a stable place, made sure she connected to the Light, which she did very easily thanks to her solid meditation practice. I connected her to the strand of energy that she had requested and asked for it to flow into her body and she felt it physically. She said: “It feels like a vibration” And she was right! That is exactly what an attunement does: it brings a different vibration into the body and the whole energy system of the recipient, raising their vibration permanently.

That’s what happens for everyone who receives an attunement. It was fantastic that she was sensitive and aware enough to really feel it and experience the raising of her vibration physically!

After a couple of  months of deep transformation, it has happened that my guidance has become much clearer. Several times I came to the point of putting my hands up in the air and saying to the Divine: “Ok, make me whatever I need to become to reach the next step of my evolution” I meant it and was letting go of all resistance in that moment. Of course sadness and physical symptoms disappear instantly when I reach that place and life start flowing again, even if it’s only enough to get me to the next person who can really help.

There’s power in sincere surrender and vulnerability. When we are so humble, we let go of our attachment to the form that we take in the world so that we can change into a different form. Suddenly we become something else so it looks as if a miracle occurred. But what really happened is that when we stop fighting God and resisting growth, we suddenly become One with Love and go back to the Source of All Possibilities, where we are born as our new selves. Every time we allow ourselves to merge with Source while staying in our bodies, we attune to Creative Love and raise our vibration further.

It used to be that spiritual growth took years of dedicated, focused training and intense practice. Often we starved ourselves of food, social contact or sexual intimacy for extended periods of times to alter our perception, to make ourselves ‘lighter’ (there’s that light again!). That is because we were pioneers in remembering the Light, our true nature.

In the process

1. we developed psychic and healing abilities, compassion and forgiveness.
2. We learned to let go and to let God.
3. We became generally nicer, less aggressive people.

But Boy! oh Boy! did we earn all this through dedication and hard work!

Now we increasingly experience and witness Spontaneous Awakenings.

What we see now are adults being spontaneously activated and suddenly becoming aware of increased intuition or healing powers. Most of them did not particularly ask for this, they really are not sure what to do with it or how to use it. They have not been trained on how to focus this newly found energy or ability and it often makes a mess of their lives. Either because they try to repress it and become physically ill or because they try to use it without guidance or protocol and end up with TMI (Too Much Information).

For the past 20 years we have also had an increasing number of children being born with psychic and healing powers. They are natural healers . When they escape ADD medication and are supported at home, they work deeper, faster and more efficiently than any trained adult healer I know. We call them the Indigo, Crystal and Rainbow children. When their generation is in charge, they will make the world a very different place!

So if you have been changing recently, finding it easier to meditate, to manifest, to be clairaudient or clairvoyant, to use your intuition, to communicate with Spirit or spirits, be assured that you are one of many. You are part of the planetary awakening that is taking place with the thinning of the veil.

So how did I become that amazingly gifted healer? I am often asked. Here is the short version of my story:

I was born an empath and as a child I could feel other people’s pain and joy as if they were my own. I thought everyone was like that! Raised Catholic in France, I looked for a God that I knew existed but I could not connect with anywhere in my life. In spite of a stressful and painful childhood in a severely dysfunctional family (like so many, I know!) I always thought of myself as “lucky”. I now know that I was following exceptional intuition.

In my teens I became clairvoyant and started seeing what was happening to loved ones when I was away from them. It was like a movie playing in my mind and when I checked the time and events with them, it was always accurate. I became used to it and started trusting the psychic information I was receiving in that way. I once had a very strong sense to go back to Paris at a certain date. I became obsessed with the idea. My husband relented and agreed to spend money we did not really have for a plane ticket when I was a full time student. I flew the next Friday and on landing was told that a very dear friend was in the hospital after a failed suicide attempt. She said later that my appearing out of nowhere was a great comfort to her.

In my early twenties I went to college and traveled around Europe, lived in Spain and settled in the UK.  I was suffering from migraine headaches, insomnia, depression and anxiety due to PTSD. I had gout, candida, IBS, allergies and chronic exhaustion due to years of trauma and stress. There was also sinusitis, near chronic bronchitis, endometriosis and pre-cancerous cells due to years of repressed anger. I was in bed 2 weeks out of every month. Doctors in the UK predicted I would probably never have children. It felt like my body was shutting down. Most of them auto-immune disease, fatigue and inflammation if you notice: typical healers’ diseases! (You think I should be dead by now? It sure felt like it!)

1989 was a life changing year: the depression I had been battling since I was 7  led me to study yoga then Tibetan Buddhism. My heart settled, I learned compassion and took up the practice of sitting in meditation for many blissful hours (I still do to this day). Maybe as a result of this, I started intuitively ‘knowing’ things about people that nobody had told me. There was a depth to their words and body language that told me the background story nobody knew.

That is also when I began spontaneous channeling in every day conversation. Friends would come back to me months or years later and say: “Do you remember this conversation we had? The advice you gave me that day completely changed my life”. Or: “Do you remember the letter you wrote me? It came at exactly the right time and it was exactly what I needed to know.” I know when I channel because:

• I suddenly have access to knowledge I did not have until then
• it’s exactly what the other person needs to hear
• I often use words and grammar that are different from my usual speech
• I forget the communication as soon as it’s over (even though I have exceptional memory for social interaction)

In 1989 I also became clairaudient: I was hearing loving guiding voices. I soon realized that I was communicating with angels. I am a very logical person so I checked the information they imparted against facts and it always turned out to be accurate (still does). I relaxed into it and learned to trust the guidance I receive.

In my thirties I was attuned and became a Reiki Master in 6 months. I taught Reiki, mostly to mothers and their families. I studied homeopathy, Flower Remedies and Crystal Healing.  I started remembering some of my past lives and seeing my clients’ past lives. Again, they looked like movies.

I was spontaneously attuned to Christ energy as a result of a deep prayer, which

• put me at peace with my Catholic upbringing
• allowed me to recover from the abuse and trauma of my childhood
• eliminated both gout and sinus infection
• gave me a strong sense of what a tender and loving Masculine energy felt like.

I was also a La Leche League Leader and a homeschooling Mom, balancing a deep spiritual calling with the joys and demands of family life. Everything I teach now, I learned through my own every day life!

In my forties everything accelerated. After the birth of my third child, I became extremely ill again and had to spend most of a year in bed with chronic fatigue, extreme allergies, asthma and IBS. The following year I lost most of what I owned. At the end of those two years, I had learned to:

• forgive,
• be grateful,
• surrender to Divine will (at last!)
• listen to guidance and intuition very carefully

My moving to the USA caused some panic attacks which were completely eliminated with only two Health Kinesiology sessions. Impressed, I became a Health Kinesiologist the following year and added the modality to my energy healing tool kit. After a particularly intense self-healing session one evening I stopped having the chronic migraine headaches and started hearing my clients’ Guides and being able to help spirits move to the Light.

Around the Solstice of December 2005 I received a spontaneous attunement to the Pink and Blue Strands which I now understand to be the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine. Their presence was decreasing fear and balancing my energy system. Life opened up from that moment. Everything was easier, clearer, even more intuitive than before. I slept better. My body was healing fast. I could see energy patterns inside someone’s energy system very clearly, just as I see objects around us.

In the fall of 2006 I learned to whirl and go into the Heart of God and around Christmas of 2006 I was granted Oneness with the Divine, also known as enlightenment. All my severe food allergies were healed in about 10 minutes. And the healing powers flowing through me took a quantum leap! It was only taking minutes to create a healing miracle.

In the fall of 2007  my guides told me in no uncertain terms to start teaching everything I knew, which I did and still do. I have learned not to argue with the Divine!

In 2008 I was initiated into ancient Khemetic knowledge and remembered it very easily, in one week, as if it was an old friend.

Nowadays life is much more peaceful. I guess I have learned not to resist Divine Love and I live in the Heart of God. I surrender to the flow of life so there is much less turmoil. I am happy to listen to the whispers of the Divine that come to me in the shape of intuition and a constant dialogue with God, angels and guides from various spiritual traditions.

I talked 2 posts ago about how couples seem to be given the opportunity to make a deeper commitment and to the spiritual growth that can be learned in committed aware relationships.

I think this is part of the current surge of energy spontaneously attuning us to Planetary Awakening. Of course this is happening whether we are in a couple or not. I have been vividly aware of these energy waves since the December solstice two years ago and even more so since the June Solstice 18 months ago.

The only way I can describe it is that these energy waves offer us a concentration of energy that we can use to do our spiritual work and grow with more quickly.

They also feel to me like birth contractions pushing us through a very long birth canal into the next level of where humanity is going and what we are awakening to. The summer of 2009 was a succession of such waves. (read here and here)

Each wave has it own flavor and theme so we can work on different aspects of our personalities and relationship.

At the moment it seems to me that we are working on commitment that reveals the truth. Sometimes the Truth. What was hidden or dormant until now. Nor always comfortable at the time. But ALWAYS worth it in the end! And in this case I think the end of this wave is near. Probably early in January. Another month or so.

Enjoy! And remember that Truth is linked to all chakras of course but mostly the 5th (throat) and the 4th (heart).

What’s YOUR story in this current energy wave?

The best way to alleviate ascension symptoms is to give into them!

They are only happening because you asked for your vibration to be raised, attuned to a higher vibration. So you are not being attacked from the outside! You are fulfilling your own soul’s purpose and intention and getting to where you want to go. The sooner you embrace the symptoms and surrender into them, the faster you can go with the flow and glide through them. It is a situation where resistance is futile in my experience and the sooner you let go of the pain, the drama and the memories, the sooner you will feel all the positive aspects of awakening on the other side.

As we awaken, we become more sensitive to energies and more aware of them. When we become attuned to the Light, our vibration changes and we start seeing the Light in various shapes.

1- Dots of Light appear to float around people to catch our attention. In my case it used to happen when someone was lying, either to me or to themselves or had some intention to harm.It never failed! But I know people for whom it had a different significance.

2- You see auras. Don’t worry is you don’t: very few people actually do see clear colors around other people. In my case it’s more of a light halo. Sometimes it has a pulse around a certain part of the body. But I tend to feel more than I see.

3- you see human shaped lights or orbs. I think those are often angels. Particularly if they come with an amazingly pleasant feeling of deep peace, love and SUPPORT. Then it’s probably an angel or an archangel.

4- You see currents of energy inside or around or between people or plants or animals. In other words: you see the energy of life, chi, ki, as light. That is also how you can see the energy of chakras.

Have fun! There is no right or wrong. You may never see any Light or energy and feel so keenly that it gives you just as much information. Go with the flow!

Every year 11.11 is a one of the major energy portals in the Western world (with the summer and winter Solstices, Easter, Eid, Yom Kippur and 8.8) when we can more easily move into another dimension, closer to the Heart of God.

Of course in order to be able to do that, we need to raise our vibration and gradually attune ourselves to the place we are going to.

In the Northern hemisphere it means that after a brief rest around the Harvest Festival we experience a lot of changes and need to do a lot of energy work to keep balanced and this year has been no different.

• The angels and archangels have been very present and very easy to communicate with.
• We have been forced to find a new balance between our rational and our intuitive brains, more towards the rational and practical for the first time in a long time
• The soul has been attuning to the body and to the physical plane more than the other way around
• Forgiveness of old wounds has been very necessary in order to let go of old fears
• I have witnessed a lot of family karma healing or ancestral healing

It has felt like healing on a large scale of old reptilian fear. And every time we do that we become lighter and more able to fill up on Love of course! What has your experience been over the past few weeks? Let me know in a comment below: together we heal, grow and learn!
